No, Charging4Fleets is a custom software solution for NRGkick charging units. In the practical online portal, all NRGkicks can be managed centrally by the fleet manager.
Yes. All second-generation NRGkick models can be integrated into Charging4Fleets—with the exception of the NRGkick light. All you need for integration is the serial number of the respective device.
Billing takes place on a monthly basis. The system automatically generates a monthly billing report that can be used for further processing and reimbursement.
No. The NRGkick is already preconfigured. Charging processes are recorded automatically and the data is transferred to the Charging4Fleets portal without any further action on the part of the employee.
Yes. With NRGkick, multiple charging points can be used. The corresponding exclusion rules in the Charging4Fleets portal can be used to specify exactly which charging processes are reimbursed—e.g., only charging at home, but not at the vacation home.
Yes. Employees can mark or exclude private charging sessions themselves in the Charging4Fleets portal. These are automatically excluded from reimbursement, ensuring a clear separation between private and business charging sessions.
Yes. Charging points and employees can be easily added or removed at any time by the fleet manager in the Charging4Fleets portal.
When changing vehicles, simply take the NRGkick with you. If data in the Charging4Fleets portal needs to be adjusted, the fleet manager can do this themselves to ensure that billing and documentation continue correctly.
Only fleet managers and the respective employees themselves have access to the charging and billing data. This ensures that all data is processed in a transparent, traceable, and secure manner.
Yes. Employees automatically receive a monthly report that clearly shows their own charging and billing data. This can be used for personal documentation purposes.
Yes. Every corporate customer is assigned a dedicated personal contact person who is responsible for support, advice, and all ongoing questions and is available at any time.
Yes. The NRGkick stores all charging data locally, even without an active internet connection. As soon as the device is back online, the data is automatically transferred to the Charging4Fleets portal. No data is lost in the process. However, to ensure timely billing of charging processes, it is recommended that you check the internet connection regularly.
Yes, individual kWh prices per employee can be stored in the Charging4Fleets portal. The respective electricity price is specified by the employee and can be uploaded together with proof (e.g., electricity bill).
Yes. Charging reports can be exported from the Charging4Fleets portal in CSV format and imported into common accounting or ERP systems. In addition, the Charging4Fleets billing product provides an API interface for automated data transfer.
The legally required equipment inspection can be carried out either by any certified electrician or directly at DiniTech. To do this, the NRGkick can be sent to us, where the inspection will be carried out professionally in accordance with the applicable standards and documented.
NRGkick provides personalized, structured support for rollouts in larger fleets. Before deployment, internal NRGkick experts provide online training (e.g., via Microsoft Teams) on the Charging4Fleets portal.
Before commissioning, the first employees and charging points are set up together with the customer to ensure a smooth start. During ongoing operations, our experts are available at all times, including ongoing support.
For larger fleets, additional online appointments can be arranged for users or administrators after a certain period of use.
Yes. Trainings are available for employees upon request. In addition, NRGkick offers comprehensive onboarding materials such as video tutorials, guides, and documentation to help you get started quickly and easily.
Even electricity from a private photovoltaic system is not free, as investment, operating, and maintenance costs are incurred. Accordingly, this electricity should always be reimbursed.
NRGkick does not technically distinguish between PV and grid power—only the amount of energy charged (kWh) is recorded. The kWh price is therefore determined on an organizational basis.
For Germany, the Federal Ministry of Finance (BMF) has clarified that no separate PV electricity assessment is required when using a private PV system. Instead, to determine the reimbursable electricity costs,
